A plan that stays with you.

The REST planner stores entries in this browser’s local storage only when you choose Save on this device. Your entries are not sent to our database. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view them. Avoid entering medical record numbers or other sensitive identifiers.

Your choices

Use the planner without saving, export a text copy, print it, or choose Clear plan to remove the saved version. Clearing your browser data also removes local plans and chapter bookmarks. Local data does not sync between devices.

Hosting and public content

Vercel hosts this website. Supabase stores its public chapter guide. Those services may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to operate the website. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives the network information needed to deliver them. This version has no advertising trackers or newsletter signup. The manuscript workspace supports user accounts.

Accounts and private manuscript review

Supabase stores your email address, display name, membership role, chapter assignments, review comments, questionnaire answers, and editorial decisions. Global administrators manage this information. Reviewers see assigned chapters and their own feedback; global administrators can see all reviews. Versions and comments are retained as part of the editorial record. Resend also processes invitation recipient addresses and sends invitation emails; administrators can see send status. Resend delivers account verification and password-reset emails. Do not include identifiable patient information in comments.

Authentication sessions are stored in your browser. Sign out on shared devices. Your reading position and display preferences stay on this device. Contact the administrator who invited you about account access or removal requests.

Book reservations

If you reserve a copy, Supabase stores the reservation status and dates with your account. Global administrators can see your name, email, and reservation to manage interest and contact you about book availability. This does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. Cancel from your account at any time; the cancelled status remains in the account record. No payment or shipping details are collected.

Educational use

This is an educational companion and planning tool, not a medical record, diagnostic service, or substitute for your treating clinician. It does not calculate lifespan or a clinical risk score. For urgent symptoms, seek appropriate medical care rather than using this planner.
